What should I expect during my first Bio-Tuning visit?

 

Before your first visit, I'll email you a health intake form to fill out and bring with you. Upon your arrival, we’ll review the intake form together and then discuss your specific concerns and objectives.

 

Are there any clothing or other restrictions?

 

I request that you wear comfortable clothes, remove any metal jewelry and do not wear perfumes or essential oils. 

 

What will happen during the Bio-Tuning® treatment session?

 

You’ll be resting fully clothed on a specialized sound table. We’ll begin with a few simple tests to determine your body’s unique healing frequency. This is done with a proprietary, patented and highly sophisticated computer system developed by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. We’ll review the computerized results together and you’ll have the opportunity to see the exact moment and unique frequency that caused your nervous system to achieve homeostasis. Next, you’ll experience a full, immersive treatment on the sound table lasting up to 30 minutes. If this is your first visit, you’ll begin with the Delta 1 healing phase.

 

You’ll be covered with a comfy blanket, an eye mask over your eyes and comfortable stereo headphones over your ears. The sound table is designed to bathe your entire body with the healing sound of music, scientific sound waves, binaural beats and nature sounds. You’ll experience a healing sound bath utilizing your unique frequency, which will stimulate every cell of your body!

 

How will this make me feel?

Most people have never experienced sound coming through both their auditory and vibrational centers in harmony. When the lower hertz (HZ) frequencies vibrate right through the table, it’s a powerful, pleasant phenomenon. People often have deep meditations or they may sleep soundly while hearing their track. Falling asleep doesn't alter the efficacy of the session. It means the body recognizes this as a much needed opportunity to rest and heal itself. Discomfort is a very rare occurrence. 

 

How will I feel afterward?

Most people feel extremely relaxed, as if they’ve just awoken from a deep sleep. Clients consistently report feeling calm yet alert, with a sense of inner peace and well-being that can last all day. The more subtle effects of brainwave entrainment driven by the binaural beats can continue for a few days.

 

What happens after the treatment?

After your first session, you’ll receive your custom Delta 1 sound track to take home. You can receive it either:

 

1. On a CD.

2. Via an email link that you can download and load onto your own FLAC device.

3. I can preload it on a FLAC player which you can purchase from me.

4. You can load it onto your smartphone and play it using an approved free FLAC app. (VOX for iPhone / VLC for Android).

 

FLAC devices are portable audio players which play .WAV files without compressing the audio like an mp3 or mp4 format. This is very important as the efficacy of your custom soundtrack depends on all frequencies being present as they were originally recorded.

 

At home, you’ll listen to your soundtrack every night with headphones on. Just like going to the gym everyday helps you improve your overall health, daily listening sessions at home will strengthen your nervous system and reduce stress. As your body gains more and more healing and rejuvenation, the positive effects become cumulative.

 

I also recommend that you drink plenty of water during this time, eat an organic based diet and exercise regularly for optimal health results.

Bio-Tuning® has three distinct phases. Each step generally lasts one week, but it’s also dependent upon your individual progress and other factors. Like Yoga, your body will tell us when it’s ready to go to the next step.

Phase 3: Expansion (Higher-self, expanded Intuition and consciousness)
