Sound Wave Therapy Reduces Blood Pressure & Migraines

By Iyan M. Bruce

Recently, I was speaking with a friend who suffers from chronic high blood pressure. She was mentioning how frustrated she was at the thought that she might be on prescription meds for the rest of her life. She’s relatively healthy: eats well and exercises regularly. But like many people, she has a very demanding and fast-paced job, which kept her under a constant barrage of stress.

I shared a clinical study showing how the precise application of scientific sound, (the process I use with Bio-Tuning), reduced instances of high blood pressure, insomnia and migraines. One of my clients had suffered from terrible migraines and was constantly taking medication. He was even considering getting Botox injections to relieve the pain. After beginning the Bio-Tuning program, I’m very happy to report he hasn’t had a migraine since. Not one!

You can read the study on the American Heart Association’s website by clicking here.

The connection between stress and high blood pressure (also referred to as hypertension) is no joke.

According to the American Heart Association:

In addition to the emotional discomfort we feel when faced with a stressful situation, our bodies react by releasing stress hormones (adrenaline and cortisol) into the blood. These hormones prepare the body for the “fight or flight” response by making the heart beat faster and constricting blood vessels to get more blood to the core of the body instead of the extremities.

Constriction of blood vessels and increase in heart rate does raise blood pressure, but only temporarily — when the stress reaction goes away, blood pressure returns to its pre-stress level. This is called situational stress, and its effects are generally short-lived and disappear when the stressful event is over.

“Fight or flight” is a valuable response when we are faced with an imminent threat that we can handle by confronting or fleeing. However, our modern world contains many stressful events that we can’t handle with those options. Chronic (constant) stress causes our bodies to go into high gear on and off for days or weeks at a time.

It’s this chronic stress condition which causes our sympathetic nervous system (“fight or flight”) to get stuck in the “on” position. This can lead to a variety of complicated conditions, which the AHA has detailed:

Fortunately, the powerful effects of scientific sound wave therapy continue to be proven as an effective treatment against stress and stress-related conditions. My clients have experienced it. Please contact me so you can experience it too!
